Use this checklist to make the most of your Open Enrollment opportunity:
- Learn about your benefit options.
- Use the tools and resources available to help you make informed benefit decisions.
- Enroll in a Flexible Spending Account (FSA) or Health Savings Account (HSA), if needed.
- Make sure your dependent information is correct and all your dependents are eligible.
- Review your beneficiary information and make updates as needed.
- Complete your benefits enrollment within 30. Learn how to enroll.
Eligibility
Review the information below to confirm your eligibility before enrolling in benefits.
Health and income-protection benefits
All active, regular, full-time employees are eligible to participate in Carlisle's health and income-protection benefits. You may also cover your eligible dependents under Carlisle's medical, prescription, dental, vision, and life benefits.
Your eligible dependents include:
- Qualified legal spouse
- Your child(ren) and the child(ren) of your covered spouse/partner (up to age 26)
- Children with disabilities who became disabled on or before age 26

Carlisle, LLC Employee Incentive Savings Plan (CEISP)
If you don’t take any enrollment action — either enrolling or opting out — within 30 days of becoming eligible, you will be automatically enrolled with a 3% deferral election. You may change your contribution rate and investment elections at any time.

How to Enroll
Health and income-protection benefits
You must enroll within 30 days of your hire date to have coverage this year. You have two ways to enroll:
- Online – Enroll on the MyADP website any time of day or night.
- By Phone – Call 844-349-0781 if you have questions or need assistance. Representatives are available to help you Monday through Friday during regular business hours.
- Have questions about the Carlisle benefit plans? Schedule an appointment with a benefits counselor before you enroll.
Do I need to enroll?
Yes, you MUST take action within 30 days of your date of hire to have the benefits you want in 2024. If you don’t enroll, you will only receive automatic company-paid benefits, such as basic life and AD&D.

The MyADP website will guide you through the benefits enrollment process every step of the way. Once you log in, select Benefits to review your options, manage dependents, view documents, or make changes.

Remember!
- Be sure to provide the necessary dependent information to enroll eligible family members.
- Make sure you’ve provided beneficiary information for your life insurance.
Don't miss out
If you don’t enroll within 30 days of your date of hire, you cannot make benefit elections until our Open Enrollment period, unless you experience a qualifying life event.
Carlisle, LLC Employee Incentive Savings Plan (CEISP)
You have two ways to enroll in the Carlisle, LLC Employee Incentive Savings Plan (CEISP) to invest for retirement through easy payroll deductions:
- Online – Enroll on the Principal website any time of day or night.
- By Phone – Call 800-547-7754 if you have questions or need assistance. Representatives are available to help you Monday through Friday during regular business hours.
If you don’t take any enrollment action — either enrolling or opting out — within 30 days of becoming eligible, you will be automatically enrolled with a 3% deferral election. You may change your contribution rate and investment elections at any time.
