Open Enrollment for your 2024 benefits is October 30 - November 10, 2023. This is your annual opportunity to review your needs and select the benefits that provide the best coverage and value for you and your family.

Review this page to find out what you need to know and what you need to do during Open Enrollment. Then enroll in your 2024 benefits between October 30, 2023 and November 10, 2023. After Open Enrollment ends, you can’t change your benefit elections unless you experience a qualifying life event.

Your enrollment checklist

Use this checklist to make the most of your Open Enrollment opportunity:

  • Learn about your benefit options, paying special attention to what’s changing for next year.
  • Use the tools and resources available to help you make informed benefit decisions.
  • Get support when you have questions about your benefits. Call 844-349-0781 from 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. CT or visit myenrollmentschedule.com/carlislebenefits/ to schedule an appointment.
  • Update your Flexible Spending Account (FSA) enrollment and/or Health Savings Account (HSA) contribution amount — they don’t automatically carry over to the next year.
  • Make sure your dependent information is correct and all your dependents are still eligible.
  • Review your beneficiary information and make updates as needed.
  • Complete your benefits enrollment by November 10, 2023. Learn how to enroll.

What’s Changing

As part of our strategy to provide comprehensive, competitive, and financially responsible benefits, we regularly examine our benefits program and consider changes that could better support you and your family across the entire spectrum of well-being. Here are the changes we’ll introduce in 2024.

No contribution increases for 2024!

For the fifth consecutive year, Carlisle is proud to announce your per-paycheck contributions will stay the same.

New, consolidated benefits support center

Now you can call one number for answers to any and all of your benefits questions! Call 844-349-0781 when you need benefits assistance.

Increased Health Savings Account (HSA) contributions

Carlisle will contribute $850 (employee-only coverage) or $1,700 (if you cover dependents) to your HSA if you enroll in the Carlisle HSA for the 2024 plan year. The total amount that you and Carlisle can contribute to your HSA in 2024 is $4,150 for individuals and $8,300 for families.

New for 2024: Hinge Health

Hinge Health offers innovative digital programs for back, knee, hip, neck, and shoulder pain. It only takes 45 minutes per week to participate and start feeling better. Once you enroll, you’ll receive a Hinge Health Welcome Kit, and you’ll receive support from a personal health coach and physical therapists who will be with you every step of the way. Learn more.

How to Enroll

You have two ways to enroll in your health and income-protection benefits:

Do I need to enroll?

If you don’t enroll, your current benefit elections will continue next year, with the exception of Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs) and Health Savings Account (HSA) contributions. You must take action if you want to contribute to an FSA or HSA in 2024.

During Open Enrollment, you can enroll in the following benefits for 2024.

Carlisle HRA

No new enrollments in the Carlisle HRA plan will be accepted for the 2024 plan year. If you are currently enrolled in this plan, you may continue under this plan or you may select an alternative plan. Should you decide to opt for a different plan for 2024, please note that you may not reelect the HRA plan.

Supplemental Medical

There are no changes for 2024. The following plans are available:

  • Accident Insurance
  • Critical Illness Insurance

Dental

The following plan is available:

  • Carlisle Cigna DPPO Plan

For 2024, plan enhancements have been added at no cost to you:

  • Fluoride treatments are now covered two times per each 12-month period.
  • Sealants are now covered for your dependent children up to age 19.

New for 2024: Digital ID cards

Effective January 1, 2024, Cigna is moving to digital ID cards. If you would prefer to have a physical ID card, you may request one via http://www.myCigna.com or by calling 800-244-6224.

Vision

There are no changes for 2024. The following plan is available:

  • EyeMed Vision Plan

Savings & Spending Accounts

The following accounts are available for 2024:

  • Health Savings Account (HSA) – Increased contribution limits for 2024 ($4,150 for employee-only coverage and $8,300 if you cover dependents)
  • Health Reimbursement Account (HRA) – Carlisle’s contribution to your HRA will remain the same in 2024.
  • Health Care Flexible Spending Account (FSA) – Increased contribution limit for 2024 ($3,200)
  • Dependent Care FSA – No changes for 2024

Life Insurance

There are no changes for 2024. In addition to the basic life and accidental death and dismemberment (AD&D) insurance you receive, which is company paid with no enrollment required, you may enroll in:

  • Supplemental employee life and AD&D insurance
  • Spouse life and AD&D insurance
  • Dependent life and AD&D insurance

Disability Insurance

There are no changes for 2024. You automatically receive short-term disability and long-term disability insurance at no cost to you, with no enrollment required.

Eligibility

All active, regular, full-time employees are eligible to participate in Carlisle's benefits program. Coverage begins on your date of employment in an eligible class, provided you enroll within 30 days.

You may also cover your eligible dependents under Carlisle's medical, prescription, dental, vision, and life benefits.

Your eligible dependents include:

  • Qualified legal spouse
  • Your child(ren) and the child(ren) of your covered spouse (up to age 26)
  • Children with disabilities who became disabled on or before age 26
