TIP: Think about the whole cost.
When choosing a medical plan, it’s important to think about the whole cost of coverage — the amount you’ll spend out of your paycheck, as well as out of your pocket (copays, deductibles, and coinsurance).
Benefit Options
During Open Enrollment, you can enroll in the following benefits for 2025.
Carlisle HRA
No new enrollments in the Carlisle HRA plan will be accepted for the 2025 plan year. If you are currently enrolled in this plan, you may continue under this plan or you may select an alternative plan. Should you decide to opt for a different plan for 2025, you may not reelect the HRA plan in the future.
Please note: Deductibles are increasing for 2025. If you are currently enrolled in the Carlisle HRA and choose to stay enrolled for 2025, your in-network deductible will increase to $1,650/individual or $3,300/family. Out-of-network deductibles will also increase to $3,300/individual or $6,600/family.
