Paid Parental Leave

Eligible employees receive up to two weeks of Paid Parental Leave (PPL) after the birth, adoption, or foster placement of a child. PPL must be taken within 12 months of birth, adoption, or placement, and it can be taken in one or two continuous blocks of time.

PPL supplements any applicable state benefit programs to provide you with 100% of your base pay for up to two weeks.
